Jacqueline Ann Kemper HillMadison Jacqueline Ann Kemper Hill, 83, of Madison, Mississippi went home to glory on November 21, 2016. She was born on September 16, 1933 in Houston, Texas to the late Ward and Emma Kemper. She grew up there and Maricaibo, Venezuela. She graduated from San Marcos Academy in San Marcos, Texas as Valedictorian and received her teaching degree from Baylor University where she met and married the love of her life. She had a long career in teaching PE, both at the high school and elementary level. Outside the classroom she was a drill team sponsor and Jump Rope for Heart coach for many years.She enjoyed going back for class reunions and seeing her former students. She was a great encourager to Homa, her children, grandchildren and many friends. Jackie is survived by her husband, Homa Hill of almost 63 years, son, Byron (Lynn) Hill and daughter, Pam (Terry) Cole. Grandchildren: Chris Hill, Stephanie Hill (Clint) Lamberth, Mary Ann (Joe) Perdue and Andy (Heather) Cole. Great-grandchildren: Rueben and Ellie Lamberth, Rebecca, Josh, and Julie Perdue and Lily Cole. She was predeceased by her sister, Donna Kemper Spross. A celebration of Jackie's life will be held Saturday, November 2, 2016 at 2:00 at Ridgecrest Baptist Church, 7469 Old Canton Rd, Madison, Mississippi. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:00-2:00. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jackie's name can be made to Ridgecrest Baptist Church - Sports Ministry.
