Jacob Vaughn, 80, of Columbus, Georgia, passed Tuesday, October 30, 2018. Jacob was born to Jackson Goodwin Vaughn, and Victoria Wrenn Vaughn, April 17, 1938.

Jacob received a degree from Howard/ Samford University in 1964. He married Margaret Newel Vaughn in 1965, and they lived together in Columbus. Jacob worked at CVS Pharmacy as a Head Pharmacist until he retired in 01/15/2005.

Jacob is survived by 3 children: Steven Goodwin Vaughn (Elizabeth Aiken Vaughn), Margaret Vaughn Swain (Douglas Randall Swain), and Victoria Vaughn Cason (Buzz Charles Cason). He also is survived by 4 grandchildren.
