Allen, Jack,Jack Allen, 84, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on March 8, 2017. He owned and operated a Singer Dealership and Men's Clothing Store (Allen's & The Men's Shop) in New Albany, Indiana for 30 plus years. Jack was born on September 1, 1932 to the late William and Madge Allen. Jack is survived by his wife Carol Allen, sons, Jimmy (Tricia) Allen, Charlie (Pam) Allen, daughters Debbie (Rick) Murphy, Susan Huffman, and Linda (Jeff) Greer, grandchildren Chris, Matt, Lizzie, Jackson, Jonathan, Emily, Jacob, Josh, Ross, Derrick, Chase, Matthew, Luke, Kristen, Katie and several great-grandchildren. He was also survived by his brothers Jimmie Dale Allen, Eddie (Betty) Allen, sisters Barbara (Terry) Wicker, and Linda (Pete) Fannin. Visitation will be from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Monday, March 13, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243). Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church (7813 Shelbyville Road, Louisville, KY 40222) with burial to follow at Middletown Cemetery.
