Homer H. Boltz, 89, of State Route 4007, East Brady, Sugarcreek Township, passed away on Wednesday afternoon, Nov. 23, 2016, at his family farm, where he was born and raised.

Homer was born on Sept. 21, 1927. He was the son of the late Henry and Mary Snyder Boltz.
