Helen Rose was born March 31st 1932 in Henderson,Texas to Willie Mae CanterBerry and Boise Alexander. There she lived and went to school before she moved to Colorado city, Texas shortly after she moved to Clovis New Mexico where she lived until she moved to Idaho where she stay for seven years, and after that she moved to Oklahoma.

Big Mama Loved to play bingo, watch wrestling, and watching and helping her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Big Mama‘s journey ended in Athens Texas on July 29, 2019.

she is preceded in death by her mother, Willie Mae; father, Boise Alexander; sons Roy Gene and Leonard Rose; grandson, JaeRae Rose; and her husband Anthony Rose  

Left to cherish her memory, her husband, Raymond Yang; daugthers, LeNora Butler, Latoshia Rose, Victoria Rose, Gloria Langley, and Carol Copeland; some RoyE Rose (Gloria M. Rose), and Ruzzell Smith; 17 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren; numerous children she raised and helped raise; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
