Harold Lay, 74, of Beaumont, Texas, passed Thursday, July 12, 2018.
Harold was born to Albert Lee Lay, and Rosanne Rita Waters, October 07, 1943 in Beaumont, Texas.
He married Ilene Jilson, in 1977, and they lived together in Beaumont,
Then later to reside in Lancaster, Ca.
Harold worked as a Mechanical Engineer until he retired in 2002.
Harold is survived by 3 children: Kesha Lay, Crystal Lay, and Latoya Jazy Lay of (Ilene Jilson Lay).
He also is survived by 7 grandchildren.
