Harold E. "Brownie" Brown Harold E. "Brownie" Brown died peacefully at home on December 8, 2016 from kidney and heart disease. Brownie was born on February 26,1933 in Ottawa,Illinois to Harold and Susan(Katrein)Brown. Brownie joined the Army during the Korean conflict and spent his enlistment time at Ft.Lewis, Washington. His other employment included,12 years with Libby Owens Ford in Ottawa, Illinois and 33 years with Crown Cork and Seal in Olympia, Washington. He was a 50 year member of American Legion Post 33 and a 45 year member of the IAM. Brownie is survived by his wife, Sandra Parker Brown, his daughter, Lenice Brown, his step daughters, Heather(Robert)Peruzzi and Rebecca Fallon, and 5 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Lee Brown and a grandson,Robert Kyle Peruzzi. No funeral or memorial service will be held at this time.
