Grave side services will be held October 27, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Oak Hill Cemetery in Red Bluff. Arrangements are being handled by Allen & Dahl in Anderson. Harley was born on September 18th in Chico, CA to Harley and Ruth Caplinger; he had 3 younger half siblings. He was a dedicated employee of Redding Kenworth for 31 years. Harley is preceded in death by his loving wife of 58 years, Bernadene. He was a doting husband, a loving father and grandfather, and an avid racing enthusiast.
