Grayson Ryder Phillips, 2, of Jacksboro, died July 2, at the LaFollette Medical Center. He was born on November 16, 2010 in Knoxville, to Franklin Phillips and Meghan Ham. Grayson was a member of Grave Hill Baptist Church. Grayson had an infectious laughter. He loved being outdoors. His favorite things were tractors, trains, motorcycles and anything that had wheels. Grayson loved playing with his cousins, Isabella, Presli, Ella and Jett. He was very active and enjoyed fishing with his dad. Grayson loved to ride the tractor with his Pops and Pepaw. Grayson also loved to catch bugs, frogs and jump on the trampoline with his mom. He was adored by everyone.He is survived by his parents, Franklin Phillips and Meghan Ham, both of Jacksboro; grandparents, Terry and Lana Ham, of Jacksboro, Frank and Tammy Phillips, of Lake City; aunts, Kaitlin Ham, of Jacksboro, Brittney and Courtney Byrge, of Lake City; uncle, John Phillips, of Lake City; great-grandparents, Sam and Helen Littlejohn, of Savannah, Helen Ham of Valparaiso, Ind., Jonah and Diane Phillips, of Lake City, Carley and Sue Byrge, also of Lake City, along with a host of other relatives.Funeral services were July 7 with the Rev. Wayne Phillips officiating. Interment was in Grave Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.Hatmaker Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
