SKURNIK, Gloria FreemanGloria Freeman Skurnik, age 90, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2016 in Palm Beach County after a struggle with Alzheimer's. Gloria was born on November 3, 1926 in Revere Beach, MA daughter of Charles and Gertrude Freeman. She had one brother Ronald Freeman. She was a loving and faithful wife to Alan Milton Skurnik for 69 years who predeceased her in death. She is survived by her sons Richard, Barry, daughter Gillian and three grandchildren Jordan, Colby and Joshua. Gloria was one of the real beautiful people of the world both inside and out. Her smile was infectious and you could not help smiling back at her. When she walked into a room everyone was aware that she was someone special. She won many beauty pageants throughout her life. She loved to dance and was an avid artist. She loved animals and always had a dog on her lap. There will be a funeral service for Gloria on Wednesday, December 14 at 11:00AM in the Chapel of Star of David, 9321 Memorial Park Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33412.
