Gerald W. Brundy went home to be with his Heavenly Father on July 24, 2018. Gerald was born on November 26, 1964, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to the union of James and Sadie Mae Helen Brundy.

His homegoing celebration will be held Saturday, August 4, 2018, at the Church of the Apostolic Faith, 11700 Chef Menteur Hwy., New Orleans, Louisiana 70118. Visitation will be held from 10 am until the hour of service. Pastor Troy Lawrence will be officiating.

Gerald was a deacon at Beacon Light Baptist Church of Baton Rouge. He attended George W. Carver High School and worked at NASA Michoud Facility, Kia of Baton Rouge, Lake Lawn Cemetery, The 7 Up Company, Errol Pest Control and Barber Brothers Construction. He is survived by his five sons, Gerald Cole, Gerard Brundy, Gerrell Francis, Tre'von and Dre'von Brundy; One Daughter, Elnisha Cole; three grandchildren Gerald III, Abrennia and Latoryia Cole; sisters, Kim Singer, Hazel (Demaris) Davis, (Steven); four brothers Wardell, James, IV (Tonya), Keith (Twanye), and Stanley (Limor) Brundy; His Loving Aunts, Joyce Donald, Gloria Thompson and Ester Cook; Uncles, Will Donald (Rhodena) of Los Angeles, CA., Morris Ray Donald (Gertrude) of Pomona CA.; and one godchild Jadon Hill. Also left to cherish his memories are his loving and devoted fiancé Angela Craig and her mother Geraldine Craig
