RYE, N.H. - George Francis Quinn, 96, of Rye, died of natural causes on Monday, November 7, 2016, after having led a long and exemplary life. George was born on July 29, 1920, in Lawrence, Mass., a son of the late Frank J. and Genevieve A. (McDermott) Quinn. In addition to his beloved wife, Evelyn Mae "Linda" (Dow) Quinn, George is survived by his children, Kathleen Quinn Wild of Brookfield, Mass., David Quinn and wife Betsy of Frederick, Md., Jeffrey Quinn and wife Patricia of Rye, Terry Quinn and wife Doris of Emmitsburg, Md., Mark Quinn and wife Mary Ellen of Pleasanton, Calif., Lisa Jackson of Walkersville, Md., M. Janine Quinn and husband David Frolio of Rye, Marcia Quinn of Newport, R.I., F. Maureen Quinn of Deerfield and Michael Quinn and wife Sara Quinn of Rye. SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 18, 2016, at St. Theresa Parish, 815 Central Rd., Rye Beach. Interment will follow in the Central Cemetery, Rye.
