Franz O. Vigansky 1942 - 2016 Franz O. Vigansky, 74, died peacefully on Friday, June 4, 2016, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who loved his family dearly. A lifelong resident of Kenosha, Franz was born on March 7, 1942, to Paul and Agnus (Koehler) Vigansky. He attended local schools and was a graduate of Kenosha High School. He was also a graduate from DeVry Technical Institute. Franz served our country in the U.S. Army. He then started his own small business, Vigansky TelCom, Inc., where he installed voicemail and telecommunication systems for many businesses throughout southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. He enjoyed camping and canoeing up in the Boundary Waters of Canada, with his wife and all 5 of his boys at one time or another. He also enjoyed hiking and deer hunting where he enjoyed not only the hunt, but the beauty of the woods and nature where he felt closest to God. Franz loved to travel, and attained his lifelong dream of going to Alaska. He was an active member of Kenosha Rotary-West where for many years he enjoyed playing DJ at the annual Rotary Softball Tournaments and at the Tremper High School basketball games during the time his sons played ball. Franz is survived by his loving wife, Diane Vigansky; five sons, Daniel (Donna), Paul, Justin (Kori Naydihor), Erick and Alex Vigansky; his two brothers, Gerald (Helen) and Gregg (Joyce) Vigansky; and his grandchildren, Dawnielle, Isaiah and Aria Vigansky.
