Francis Ronald Lewis, Sr.Francis Ronald Lewis, Sr., 76, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2016. Visitation will be held at Osborn Funeral Home Friday, December 16th, from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. followed by a vigil service. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 17, 2016, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Officiating will be Fr. Charles Glorioso. Interment will follow at Forest Park Cemetery, St. Vincent Ave. Ronnie was born on November 27, 1940, and was a lifelong resident of Shreveport. He was educated in Catholic schools and was a graduate of St. John's High School. He loved music and played the drums for many years. He worked in the music industry in the family business with his brother at Stan's Record Shop for over 25 years and later became owner of Market Food Store.Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Leonard Lewis and Lucille Scalia Lewis. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Cathy Reneau Lewis; son, Francis Ronald Lewis, Jr. and wife, Kathryn; three daughters, Angel Lewis Camden and husband, Jeff, Gina Lewis Hobgood and husband, Marcus and Heather Lewis Reed and husband, Scott; nine grandchildren, Tripp and Natalie Lewis, Trent, Scotti, Clesi, and Catherine Camden, Annabel Hobgood, Molly and Lewis Reed. He is also survived by two brothers, Stanley J. Lewis and Ace Lewis and wife, Josie.Pallbearers will be T. J. Mandina, Lenny Lewis, Tony Papa, Frankie Spano, Nick Roppolo, Noble Womble, Trent Camden, Tripp Lewis and Scotti Camden.
