Frances Lugo, 86, passed away on September 3, 2013. Frances was born on February 1, 1927 in Holtville, CA. Frances was a house wife who lived in Yuma, AZ for over 60 years.Frances is survived by her son, Edward Lugo; daughters, Delores MacBeth, Norma Van Lam, and Doris L Pina; seven grand children and four great-grandchildren.Wake will be at Johnson Mortuary on September 6, 2013 from 5-9pm and Service will be at First Christian Church in Yuma on September 7, 2013 at 8:30am. Burial will be at Johnson Mortuary on September 9, 2013 at 8:30am.
