Foxy Owens, 41, of Brooklyn, New York, passed Wednesday, December 18, 2019. Foxy was born to Joseph Lambert , and Debbie Lambert , September 17, 1978. She married Darrell Owens in 10, and they lived together in Brooklyn. She was the best friend to many. Loved by everyone. When ever you needed a shoulder she was there. May she live on with the All Mighty for the rest of after life. We love you, gone but never forgotten.
