Rozoff, Flora B.Flora B. Rozoff, age 93, a resident at Whitetail Estates in Manitowoc, died on Monday, February 6, 2017 at her residence.Flora was born on August 2, 1923 in Blind River Ontario, Canada, daughter of the late Nestor and Blanche (Bigeault) Provencher. On January 12, 1952 she married Walter Rozoff in Struthers, OH. He preceded her in death on July 29, 1996. Flora retired as a receptionist at BFI in Glen Ellyn, IL. in 1989 and then moved to Manitowoc with her husband Walter. She was a former member of the Daughters of Isabella. One can't think of Flora's home without thinking of the piano, the teapots and the warm welcome she provided to anyone who came to the door.Survivors include four sons and two daughters-in-law: Richard Rozoff, Chicago, IL., Thomas Rozoff, Cincinnati, OH., Robert and Peggy Rozoff, Two Rivers, James and Laura Rozoff, Manitowoc; one daughter and son-in-law: Mary and James Parsons, Manitowoc; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters: Marguerite Girard, Canada, Esther Grudzinski, Canada; four brothers and two sisters-in-law: Eugene Provencher, Canada, Thomas and Anne Marie Provencher, FL., Paul Provencher, Canada, Henry Provencher, Canada; one sister-in-law: Carolyn Bryson, OH. Many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her husband: Walter; brothers and sisters: Alfred Provencher, Beatrice Miller, John Provencher, Claire Kneen, Philip Provencher and Eileen Peloso.Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at St. Francis of Assisi on Grand (1416 Grand Ave), Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev.
