Evelyn R. Mueller BURLINGTON- Evelyn R. Mueller, age 91, of Burlington, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at the Waterford Care Center. She was born on April 16, 1920 in Milwaukee, to the late Ervin and Ann (nee Schoense) Ern. Evelyn spent her early life and received her education in Milwaukee, graduating in 1937. Evelyn was united in marriage to Ronald S. Mueller in June of 1945. Following marriage they resided in Milwaukee before making their home in Burlington in 1962. Ronald preceded Evelyn in death in December of 1981. Together, Evelyn and Ronald owned and operated the Colonial Club on Browns Lake. In Evelyn’s early years she worked as a school bus driver for the city of Milwaukee. Following Ronald’s death, Evelyn continued to explore the United States, by driving her own car she especially loved touring California and Florida. Survivors include her sons; James Mueller of Mountain View, CA and Richard (Pam) Mueller of Waterford, grandson, Joel (Carrie) Mueller of Waterford, and granddaughter, Jennifer Mueller of Waterford along with her daughter, Kiara B. Watson. She is further survived by a sister, Ruth. Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, sister, Doris Tomrell, a niece, Judy Koch and by a nephew, Jack Clark. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 23, 2012 at 7:30 PM at Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home with Pastor Daniel Vojta officiating. Relatives and friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Friday, from 6:30 PM until the time of service.
