Eveline M. BrooksSouth Zanesville: Eveline M. Brooks, 89, of South Zanesville, passed away suddenly Friday August 4, 2017 at Genesis Hospital Emergency Room. She was born on Sept. 17, 1927 near Crooksville, a daughter of the late Clint and Bertha Mae (Goff) Pennington. She was a longtime member of South Zanesville Nazarene Church. She is survived by one son Jeffrey L. (Rachel) Brooks. One daughter Cindy (Mark) Swackhammer. Five grandchildren Mike Brooks, Andrea (Richard) Stevens, Matt (Dee) Brooks, Joshua Brooks, and Melissa Swackhammer. Several great-grandchildren and one great-greatgrandchild. One sister Madeline Brosie. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Delbert L. Brooks.
