Gay, Ethel,88, passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at Eastern Star Home.Ethel was born on September 27, 1929 in Chicago, IL. She was a devoted wife to Richard and recently celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary. She was a retired human resource manager for 19 years at J. C. Penney, and was also a SEAM volunteer for 10 years. The title she was most proud of was wife, mom, grandma and great grandma.She is survived by her husband and three children, Lynne Tatum (Mike), Lee Ann Siebeneck (Ed), and Michael Gajewski (Debbie); five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.Visitation will be 12 - 3 PM Friday October 20, 2017 at St. John Paul II Catholic Church Hikes Lane Campus. Funeral Mass to follow at the church at 3 pm. Interment will be at a later date at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central.In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hosparus, SEAM, or John Paul II Church.
