NEW CUMBERLAND Erma A. Martin, 96, formerly of York Haven, passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2015. She was born on December 26, 1918, in Mt. Wolf, daughter of the late Lewis A. and Cleta (Gross) Kohr. She was the widow of Irwin V. Martin. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara J. Brucklacher; her stepmother, Bertha (Shelly) Kohr; three sisters, Irene (Kohr) Markley, Kathryn (Kohr) Brougher, and Phyllis (Kohr) Adleblute; and two brothers, Elwood Kohr and Lewis Kohr. She is survived by two brothers, Wayne Kohr and his wife, Betty, of Cly, and Donald Kohr and his wife, Nancy, of Cly; a sister-in-law, Velma Kohr, of Mt. Wolf; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2015, at Stone & Murray Funeral Home, New Cumberland, PA, with the Rev. Carl Ford Peterson officiating. There will be a viewing on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Interment will be held in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, New Cumberland.
