       Emily Frances Pressley was born on January 15, 1957 in Betsy Johnson, Dunn Carolina, to Orie Pressley, Jr and Lillie Bell Pressley. She was one of the Triplets to be born in Dunn, North Carolina. Emily departed this life on June 17, 2020.

          Emily attended Harnett High School for many years. There are many words we can used to describe Emily. She loved to go to church with her family. Some things that stood out for her was she was a friend to all she came in contact with. Her smile was contagious, she loved to go to church with her mother and sisters. Emily was a singer, who loved to sing. One of her favorite song was “Soon and very soon we are going to see the KING.”

          Emily was preceded in death by her only son whom she loved very much and whom we know couldn’t wait to reunite with, James F. Pressley her sister Annie Pressley, who was a sibling of the triplets, her mother, Lillie Bell Pressley, and her sister Florence M. Pressley Smith.

          She leaves to cherish her father, Orie Pressley, Jr., five siblings, Alfreda McKoy of Dunn, Patricia McNeill ( Glenn) of Fayetteville NC, her twin sister (Viola Mae Pressley), of Pinehurst, NC. Two Step-brothers, Richard Blue of Sampson Co, and Ivory Blue.  She also leaves eight nephews, twelve nieces, and host of great nieces and great nephews, cousins and friends. She leaves One living Aunt, Mary Jane Williams of Dunn, NC.
