Owens, Ella Lee 97, of Payson passed away peacefully on April 2, 2017. Ella was born on February 9, 1920. She is preceded in death by family members and many friends. She is survived by two children Faline Colglazier and Errol Owens; 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grand-children, one great-great-grandchild, a cousin, and multiple nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be held at Expedition Church in Payson, AZ on Saturday, April 22nd at 11:00 am. Potluck luncheon following service.
