Elbert was born on November 2, 1964 and passed away on Friday, October 9, 2011.

Elbert was a resident of Conway, South Carolina at the time of passing. Mr. Elbert is survived by his wife, Shirlene, of the home; one step-daughter, Markela Allen and one step-son, Mark Allen Jr; both of Conway, SC.

A funeral service for Mr. Vereen will be held on October 12, 2011 at 2:30pm in the Beatrice Rhue Memorial Chappel. Interment will take place in Miami, Florida.
