Edgar Lee Blocker was born in Memphis, Tennessee on February 28th, 1941. He was one of 3 siblings by Milldred L. Blocker. He became a loving brother, uncle, cousin, nephew, son, and most importanly father. Edgar Lee is survived by his 5 children; Kevin Blocker, Camille Thomas, Bryan Blocker, Coreen Haynes, and Meghan Blocker. Edgar Lee served in the Military for 4 years and was named the "Sharp Shooter" of his branch. He was very artistic and handy. He could build an entire house from dirt up as well as cook a mean chicken dinner. Edgar Lee enjoyed life to the fullest with family and friends. He always had a positive attitude and felt that tomorrow was a new day. His smile and his laugh was infectious and it will be greatly missed by all.
