Anyone who knew Dottie knew that she would spend this time away from us in God’s loving arms. She was always intellectually ahead of her time, and a forward thinker. She was a political activist and held many global views. At the age of 78, Loving Mother to five children and community hero-Dorothy James passed of natural causes in her residence on the early afternoon of Saturday, January 23^rd, 2021.
