Donna C. RauchDonna C. Rauch, 58, of Lafayette passed away Sunday, September 3rd in Frostproof, FL. She was born on November 24, 1958 in Lafayette, IN to Charles and Edith Louise (Birge) Rauch. Donna graduated from McCutcheon High School in 1977. She was a member of Girl Scouts for many years. She ran track and played volleyball in middle school. She was a stay at home mom for many years and loved being around her family and enjoyed watching her children play sports.  She loved helping others and would give you the shirt off her back. She was a volunteer firefighter with the Wea Township Fire Department. Donna enjoyed watching IU Basketball with her son. She also enjoyed watching her granddaughter "Punky" play softball and basketball.  She belonged to the Moose of Lafayette Lodge 1529/ Chapter 796.She is survived by two children, Brooke (Jaray) Remsburg of Lafayette, IN, Bobby (Linda and her three children) of Lafayette, IN, three grandchildren, Daija, Makhi and Ayveon, sister Denise(Marlin) Verhey, brother David (Wanda) Rauch, niece Tiffany (Rodney) McGill, nephews, Kenny (Jenna) White of New Palestine, IN, Andrew Morris, David Jarrett, Chris Jarrett all of Lafayette, IN, August Verhey of Romney, IN. Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 15th from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm at The American Legion Post 11, 1801 S 9th Street Lafayette, IN 47905. Memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm with Julie Pope officiating. Food will be served. Memorial contributions can be made to the Wea Township Fire Department in Donna's memory.
