Sharrer, Jr., 63, of Zanesville died at 8:49 PM Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at the Genesis Good Samaritan Medical Center CCU following a sudden Illness.He was born on December 20, 1951 in Zanesville, OH. Don was previously employed at Peoples Beverage and was an avid Harley Davidson motorcycle rider. He is survived by his mother, Joann (Butcher) Sharrer; his wife of 45 years, Cynthia J. (Gordon) Sharrer; daughters, Stephanie (Jeff) Sharrer Brown and Tracey Sharrer; grandkids, Whitney Gibson, Jalen Carter and Patience Sharrer; a great grandson, Jai Shaun Tate; siblings, Peg Robbins, Linda (Ron) Wingler, Jim (Angie) Sharrer; and a special Aunt, Deb Rupe. Donald was preceded in death by his father, Donald L. Sharrer Sr.; and a brother-in-law, Bob Gordon.Friends may call 2 to 4 pm & 6 to 8 pm on Sunday, February 01, 2015 at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home, 2318 Maple Ave. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, February 02, 2015 at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home with Bob Gordon delivering the eulogy.
