Dianna BowersDes MoinesDianna Mae Bowers passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on April 15, 2017 at the U of I Hospital at the age of 58. Dianna was born on March 4, 1959 to Dickie and Shirley Riche in Des Moines, and graduated from Stuart-Menlo in 1977. She married the love of her life, Paul Bowers, on June 26, 1999. A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday April 22nd from 4-8 pm at the WDM United Methodist Church 720 Grand Ave, West Des Moines, IA 50265. Dianna is survived by her husband Paul, 4 children Melissa (Ben) Carroll, Monica (Raymond) Reed, Tanya Shelton, and Jeremy Bowers, her mother, Shirley Riche, 2 brothers: Kenny (Becky) and Roger (Jodi) Riche. Her greatest joy was being Mema to her 10 grandchildren. She was adored by all of her nieces and nephews. Dianna was preceded in death by her father, Dickie Riche. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made out to the family.
