Devonte' Demetrius Harris was born in Atlanta, Georgia to Davetta Harris and Ellovette Johnson. He was affectionately called "Meatball" by his Mom. He was known as "Savage" and "Tae" to his friends. He had a big heart and an even bigger personality.

Devonte' was an entertainer and an entrepreneur. He enjoyed making music, dancing, creating, and working on his clothing line, Savage by Nature.

The sun set on Vonte's "vibe" on November 22, 2020. He leaves to cherish his memory two older siblings, Darryl and Chrishauna Long (five nephews & one niece - De'Loni, Dylan, Drayden, Massiah, Quendarius, & Khloe'). His Grandfather and Grandmother, David Harris (Jacqueline Harris-preceded him in death). Auntie, Carren Harris. Uncles, Shawn Hall (preceded him in death), Anthony & Wendell Brown. First cousins, Brittaney, Tony, Ashli, Keisha, Breanna, Jada, Corey Jr., Jamari, Kamryn, Christian, Caden and Johnathan (preceded him in death). A host of other aunties, uncles, cousins and friends that loved him dearly. In addition, he was blessed with an extended family...Latonya Johnson and her four daughters (Quansheka, Lakeithia, Iesha, & Christina), nieces and nephews whom loved and accepted him as their own child, brother, and uncle.

You've earned your wings now fly away. I will see you again someday. Every time I look up at the clouds, I can see you smile. Every time the wind brushes my skin, I can feel you breathe again. That's how I'll know you're always with me and your spirit will never leave. ~Davetta Harris
