David Pickering, 53, passed away on September 7, 2017 in Alamogordo, New Mexico. He was born on September 2, 1964 in Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina to Ben and Stella (Byrne) Pickering. David had a wonderful sense of humor and was a great handyman. His parents doted on him and spoiled him like crazy. David was the center of their world and they would not have changed a thing!Survivors include his parents Ben and Stella Pickering; his partner, Rose Grant; aunt Teresa and uncle Tony; good friends, Dan and Jim; as well as extended family in England and Tennessee. The Pickering family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home to direct the arrangements. There are no services planned at this time.
