DOVER David L. Baughman, Jr., 68, died Friday November 28, 2014 at his residence. He was the husband of Kay (Feeser) Baughman. They were married for 39 years and would have celebrated their 40th anniversary on December 29, 2014. David was born on April 29, 1946 in York, son of David L. Baughman, Sr. of Dover and Minnie (Barnhart) Spangler of Dover. He retired in June, 2008 from the paint department at Harley Davidson after 30 years of service. He was a graduate of William Penn High School and was a U.S.
Armyveteran of the Viet Nam War. He enjoyed his summers spent at Tuckahoe Acres Camping Resort, Del. with his family and friends. He was a member of the American Legion in Shiloh, the 13th Ward Political Club and was an avid bowler, golfer and fisherman. The visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, December 13, 2014 at the John W. Keffer Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., 2114 W. Market St. The memorial service will begin at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Brenda Ritterpusch officiating. Full military honors will be provided by the York County Veterans Honor Guard. In addition to his wife and parents, David is also survived by three children, David L. Baughman, III of W. York, Stacey Baughman of W. York and Alysha Sayres and her husband, Barry A. Sayres, II of Dover; five grandchildren, Bryce Baughman, Aaliyah Phillips, Chelsea Simerly, Jobe Sayres, and Londyn Sayres; a brother, Daniel Baughman of Dover; his dog, Daisy.
