Danny "Poppie" Johnson of Cleveland, Ohio was born to Louise Johnson and Jasper Porter on October 30, 1961. He was the youngest of four boys and attended East Tech High School where he received his high school diploma. Shortly after, he met his long time love Laura Farrar and had four beautiful daughters Dannelle(Laura), Audrey(Laura), Laura (Laura) and Natasha(Aretha).

   Danny went on to work for Springco Metal Coating, where he was employed for over ten years. He was known for his love of singing(whew can that man sing), laughing, dominoes, popcorn, peppermints and double mint gum. Most importantly, Danny loved his girls and family!

  Danny was preceeded in death by both his parents, Louise Johnson(Mother) Jasper Porter(Father) and his oldest brother, James Alexander. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his four daughters, Dannelle Lavender(Marcus) Audrey Smith(Rafael) Laura Farrar and Natasha Williams. Two brothers, Archie and William Johnson. Nine grandchildren and a host of family & friends.
