Marshall, DanielDaniel Carter Marshall, 44 of Oshkosh, passed away on April 2, 2017. He was born on August 4, 1972 to David and Charlene (Hinz) Marshall in Oshkosh. Dan was a graduate of Oshkosh West High School, Class of 1990. He worked at the family business, Charcoal Pit II. Dan enjoyed the outdoors, especially boating on Lake Winnebago and downhill skiing. Dan was a good friend. He was fun loving, carefree, and somewhat of a comical character. He will be remembered for his ready smile, friendly manner and good heart. Dan is survived by his daughter, Brook Marshall and his son Carter Marshall, his parents: David and Charlene (Hinz) Marshall. He is also survived by his former wife: Lisa Marshall, his uncles and aunts: Don (Carol) Marshall, Wayne (Vi) Marshall, as well as many cousins, friends, and his special K-9 buddy: Marshall Marshall. Dan was preceded in death by his brother, David Marshall, his maternal grandparents; Edwin and Ruth Hinz, and his paternal grandparents: Dr. David and Nina Marshall.A celebration of life for Dan will be announced by the family for a later date.
