Wayne Mullins passed away peacefully in a hospital in Des Moines, Iowa, on November 30th, 2018. He is survived by his 3 children, and 3 step children, Cody Wayne Mullins of Grandbury, TX, Jessica Mullins of Grandbury, TX and Samantha Faye Mullins of Des Moines, IA, Patricia Bates of San Antonio, TX, Rebecca Bates of Cleburne, TX, Kimberly Bates of Lago Vista, TX, and 2 step-granddaughters, Opal and Lucy Aguinaga of Cleburne, TX. Wayne was from Fort Worth,Texas and lived a fufilling life of 64 years.
