Von Einem, Charles "Chuck" Charles "Chuck" Von Einem, age 84, formerly of Nekoosa, WI, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at his home in Mesa, AZ. He was preceded in death by his wife, June Heminger Von Einem; his parents, Charles Von Einem and Marjorie Westrich Von Einem; and his sister Jeanne Von Einem. He is survived by three sisters: Mary (Louis) Heminger, Ruth Johnson, and Edna Von Einem; four children: Richard (Michelle) Tibbs, Michael (Susan) Tibbs, Suzan Von Einem, and Teresa Hatfield; six grandchildren: Benjamin Tibbs, Cari Anne (Michael) Hoiby, Adam Tibbs, Brittany Tibbs, Angela (Leanna) Sparrow, and Danielle Hatfield; five great-grandchildren: Brandon, Emma, Zach, Tatem, and Jaxen; and his companion, Virginia Case. Chuck was born on August 16, 1933 in Perkinstown, WI. He worked at several auto repair shops and car dealerships in Nekoosa and Wisconsin Rapids. At 50 years old, he decided to change his life and became a successful potato farmer in Central Wisconsin. He spent his retirement years travelling, and made Arizona his home. He was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Nekoosa, WI and was a believer in his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. "Who plants a seed beneath the sod, and waits to see, believes in God." ~Unknown Services will be held at Mountain View Funeral Home, 7900 E Main St. Mesa, AZ 85207 on November 18 at 10:30 am. A reception will follow the service.
