Charles Britt, 79 of Bronx N.Y. passed away peacefully on June 19th 2017 in Richmond Virginia.

Charles was born June 23rd, 1937, in Barnwell, South Carolina to Charles Britt and Rosa Glover. He was the baby boy of 9 children.

Charles served our country as a Marine for over 25 years and was full of life, love and laughter. He was a father of five children, three daughters and two sons. His joy was spending time with his many grandchildren and keeping up with his stylist wardrobe. His joy was spending time with his grandchildren and making anyone laugh with his corny jokes. 

Charles is proceeded in death by his mother, father and sisters, Charlese and Suvernia, along with his baby girl, Shardeen.

He leaves to honor his memory: daughters, Sharon and Cristine, his sons, Charles and Jamal, his grandchildren, Durrell, Kolleen and many others, also a host of family and friends.

Charles will always be remembered for his infectious smiles and his sharp tongue. He will continue to be the light of this family for years to come. Rest in peace.
