PEORIA— Chantel Williams, 25, of Peoria, passed away at 4:41 am., Saturday, September 12,2020.

Chantel was born November 26,1994 in Holmes County, MS to Roger Louis and LaTisha Williams.

Surviving are her parents, Roger Louis of Peoria, IL; Latisha Williams of Chicago, IL; a son, Tyson Williams; 3 sisters, LaTifah Louis of Peoria, IL, Shannon Louis of Peoria, IL, Sterling Williams of Chicago, IL; 2 brothers, Roger Louis Jr of Peoria, IL, Tyler Williams of Chicago, IL.

Chantel was preceded in death by her maternal great grandmother and paternal grandparents.

Chantel loved working with children. Her favorite pastime was going to grand view drive with her son and dog for picnics.

She was a member of Faith Tabernacle Church of God In Christ for 15 years. She was very active in the youth department, usher board, and hospitality.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 am Saturday, September 19, 2020 at The Wilton Mortuary where visitation will be one hour better before services. Pastor Felton Beck will officiate. Burial will be in Chicago, IL at the Ellwood Cemetery.
