Catherine Schwartz BrothertonMemphis, TNCatherine Schwartz Brotherton, 95, died January 5, 2017 in Memphis, Tn. She was born on July 4, 1921 to John and Viola Schwartz in New Orleans. She was a homemaker and parishioner at St. Anne Catholic Church on Highland for over 70 years. Mrs. Brotherton was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, J. E. Brotherton. She is survived by her three children Joyce Lubin (Steve), Jimmy Brotherton (Betty), and Tommy Brotherton; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; Visitation will be Monday, January 9 at St. Anne on Highland at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery East.
