Dr. Catherine Ann Moore, 58, of Bardstown, died Thursday, March 26, 2015, at her residence. She was born on April 19, 1956, in Louisville and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.She earned her master's of business administration and doctorate of human resources management and was a professor in the School of Business and Economics at Campbellsville University. She was a former professor at Sullivan University and a former employee of KFC and Sam Swope. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Jr., and Mary Catherine Mattingly.Survivors include a daughter, Kaitlin (Brian) Cundiff; three sons, Michael Mattingly, Travis Mattingly and Noah Jones-Mattingly, all of Bardstown; daughters-in-law, Julie Mattingly and Connie Mattingly, both of Bardstown; four half brothers; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild, Aubrey Boblett.Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 31, at the Basilica of St. Joseph Proto-Cathedral with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery. The Rev. Bill Hammer will be the celebrant. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Monday, March 30, with prayers at 6 p.m. and after 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 31, at Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home. Contributions in Catherine's memory have been requested by the family to Bethlehem High School. Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
