Carroll Thomas Cornell, Jr.ZANESVILLE: Carroll Thomas Cornell, Jr., 72, of Zanesville, passed away on Tue. April 26, 2016 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on May 20, 1943 in Zanesville, a son of the late Carroll and Dorothy Connor Cornell. He was a United States Navy veteran, member of AA, and attended Sharon Ave. Free Methodist Church.He is survived by his wife Dixie Kaye (Moore) Cornell. Children Jerry Hostetler, Jack J. Cornell, Misty Kayse, step-son Aaron Sharrer. One sister Donna Reese. One brother Jay Cornell. Several grandchildren.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother Jack Cornell.A cremation has taken place. WILLIAM THOMPSON & SON FUNERAL HOME is assisting the Cornell family.
