Bridget Johnson, 41, of Clarksdale, Mississippi, United States, passed Monday, October 21, 2019. Bridget was born on October 24, 1978, in Kileen, TX to Linda Gale Johnson and Donald Ray Johnson.  At the age of 19 months, Bridget became the daughter of Catherine Williams who loved and nurtured her to adulthood.

Bridget accepted Christ at an early age at New Jerusalem M. B. Church and was baptized under the leadership of the late Rev. J. B. Woods.  She attended school in the Clarksdale Public Schools System.  While going to church, Bridget enjoyed singing in the Angelic Choir.  She also enjoyed spending time with her family who spoiled her with lots of love.  She enjoyed styling hair, making wigs, reading the newspaper and expressing her love for Christ.  Her greatest love was spending time with her only daughter Ma'Niyah and her grandson Josiah.

Bridget was preceded in death by her biological mother, Linda Gail Johnson, her grandmother, Fannie Mae Johnson, and great-grandmother, Fannie Earl Willis, and grandfather, Wallace (Pine Top) Johnson, 8 aunts, and 3 uncles.

Bridget leaves to cherish her beautiful memories, her mother, Catherine Williams, 1 daughter, Ma'Niyah Johnson, 1 grandson, Josiah Jones of Clarksdale, MS; Four sisters, Carmen (Cederick) Ellis of McComb, MS, Shonda (Cortez) Robinson of Duncanville, TX, Carla Johnson and Erica Johnson, both of Chicago, IL; one brother, Jocko Williams of Memphis, TN; a special and very dear friend, and love of her life, Fred Anderson of Bobo, MS.  She also leaves three aunts; Diane Johnson and Nita Johnson of Chicago, IL and Sandra Johnson of St. Clouds, MN.
