Brian C. Foulks, Jr.MANSFIELD: Brian C. Foulks, Jr., 29, of Mansfield, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 2, 2016.Brian was born on December 14, 1986, in Mansfield, to Brian C. Foulks, Sr. and Pauline (Clark) Hummel. He loved to spend time with his family. Brian enjoyed fishing, football, corn hole, and playing video games.He is survived by his mother and step-father, Pauline (Charles) Hummel of Willard; his father, Charles Foulks, Sr. of Mansfield; one child, Autumn Rose Foulks of Willard; three siblings, Micheal (Nicole Boice) Fultz, David (DeAnna Lewis) Fultz, and Chasity Fultz; one step-brother, Jason Hummel; one step-sister, Jamie Hummel; paternal grandmother, Loretta Foulks; and his girlfriend Megan Gill.Brian was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Walter Foulks; and his maternal grandmother, Floria Loper.Calling hours will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, November 7, 2016, at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Ave. East, Mansfield.
