Brenda Sue Hood Henderson, born on September 27, 1947, age 73 of Livingston, Louisiana, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on February 15, 2021 at 1:41am. She was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt that leaves behind her husband of 52 years, Eldred Dale Henderson, 2 sons Lloyd Henderson, Delmond Henderson and wife Ashley Wright Henderson. Daughter, Alesha Henderson and Stephanie McMahon who has always been like a daughter to her. 7 grandchildren, Demi Henderson Bush and husband Brennan Bush, Joseph Henderson, Samuel Henderson, Lucy Henderson, Bonnie Henderson, Hudson and Case, and one unborn granddaughter, Glynleigh Sue Henderson. Also, her unborn great granddaughter, Magnolia. Sister, Pat Hood Ouber and husband Alex Ouber. Brother, Sonny Hood and wife Debbie Hood. Brother in law, Wayne Henderson and his wife Carolyn Henderson. Sister in law, Mildred Henderson. And numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her Father, Norris "Gator" Hood and Mother, Beatrice Gates Hood. Father in law J.L. Henderson and mother in law Gladys Henderson. Brother in laws Clyde Henderson, Marvin Henderson and his wife, Audrey Henderson. Sister in law Lavern Henderson Watts and her husband, Valerie Watts. Great nephew Bryan Ouber and her parental grandparents. Services will be officiated by Brother Rusty Silvertooth, Dr. Dave Kelly, Brother Paul Taylor and Brother Arvin Harrell. Music provided by Dr. Jeremy Henderson. Pallbearers, Joseph Henderson, Samuel Henderson, Brennan Bush, Paul Ouber, Brent Ouber, Jason Hood, Jeff Henderson, and Phillip Watts. Honorary pallbearers, Roland Watts, Rusty Hood, Eric Ouber, Brent Ouber Jr., Hunter Lee, Connor Lee, Blaine Ouber, Aldrich Watts, Nolan Hardy, Justis Herrington, Keith Smith, Kenny Morrison, and John Henson. Services will be held at Fundamental Baptist Church 24240 S Frost Rd, Livingston, LA 70754. Visitation on Friday, February 19th from 5-9pm. And Saturday, February 20th from 11-2pm with services to follow. Burial at place at Oak View Baptist Church 27364 S Frost Rd, Livingston, LA 70754. The family would like to thank all of her caregivers: Jessica, Ann, Janet, Shannon, Alice, Teresa, Mary Ellen and Dawn for the plentiful love and tender care showed to our beloved Sue.
