Billie Fox, 88, of Rochester, New York, passed Friday, April 12, 2019. Billie was born March 23, 1931 in Rochester, New York. She married Dan Fox in 1990, and they lived together in Rochester. Billie worked at Kodak until she retired in 1985.

Billie is survived by 3 children: Randolph Affeldt (Donne), Brad Affeldt (Beth), and Mary Ellen Thooey (Frank). She also is survived by 6 grandchildren.
