Klatt, Betty Jane (Nee Gnewuch) Betty Klatt, age 79, a long time resident of the Milwaukee area, died of cancer on February 8, 2017 at Felician Village, Manitowoc, WI. Betty was born on December 23, 1937 in Lebanon, WI to the late Edgar and Lydia (Rupnow) Gnewuch. She taught kindergarten at Walther Memorial, 1st grade at 81st Street School. Betty is survived by her husband of 57 years, Rev. Eberhard Klatt. Also survived by 5 children, 22 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. The memorial service will be on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 10AM with a luncheon immediately to follow at St. Stephen Ev. Lutheran Church (W2094 Church Drive, Watertown, WI 53094). Visitation will be on Friday, February 24 from 4-6PM and 9-10AM on Saturday.
