Barbra Gifford of Kansas City, KS passed away on August 16, 2019. She is survived by son Charles L Smith, daughters Pamela A Cacho (Johnathan Cacho), Ruth I Garcia (Oliver Cortes), and 2 grandchildren, Tiffany L Smith and Brandon J Cacho all of Kansas City, KS. Mrs. Gifford was a wonderful mother, wife, and grandmother  who will be deeply missed. She enjoyed gardening, collecting coins, and being with her family. Visitation will be Friday August 30, 2019 at 9 am, funeral services at 10 am at Floral Hills Funeral Home in Raytown, MO, and burial at 1 pm at Swan Lake Cemetery in Grain Valley MO.
