BARBARA SUE LUNDY, 70 LANARK - Barbara Sue Lundy, 70 yrs. old, of Lanark passed away on Aug. 12, 2015 peacefully in her sleep. She was born on Jun. 15, 1945 in Freeport the daughter of Beulah Rose (Williams) & Wilson Woodrow Linton; she attended Lanark High School. Barbara worked as an activities director at Lena Living Center sold Avon for many years & was a waitress at Linton's Cafe & Hi-Way Café for many years. She was a member of Crossroads Community Church, & Aglow International. She is survived by her daughters: Shelley Lundy of Lanark, Mandi (Jeff) Shaner of Shelton IL, son: Daniel (Brooke) Lundy of McFarland WI, 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, sister: Shari (Dave) Overdorf of FL. Barbara is preceded in death parents, sister & granddaughter. Services will be on Sat. Aug. 22, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at the Russell-Frank Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Bower officiating. Visitation will be on Friday, August 21, 2015, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Lanark Cemetery.
