Krish, BarbaraBarbara A. Krish age 86, a Manitowoc resident, passed away on Tuesday May 30, 2017 at the Manitowoc Health and Rehabilitation Center, Manitowoc.She was born on June 24, 1930 daughter of the late Albert and Helen (Semrad) Paprocki. Barbara was a graduate of Two Rivers Washington High School with the class of 1948. On July 2, 1949 she married Donald E. Krish at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Barbara was a member of the Manitowoc Senior Center, a volunteer at North Ridge Care Center along with the St. Theresa Society of St. Andrew Catholic Church. Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law: Karen and Douglas Witczak, Hartford, WI; Kim Skattebo and special friend Joe Braun, Valders; three sons and three daughters-in-law: Keith and Anna Mae Krish; Kurt and Joanne Krish; Kenneth and Cheryl Krish, all of Manitowoc; eight grandchildren: Pam (Jeremy) Steiner; Jason (Jamie) Witczak; Keli McKay; Josh Krish; Rachel Krish; Aaron Krish; Bob (Heather) Herdina; Randy (Andrea Petersohn) Herdina; twelve great grandchildren; one brother-in-law: Harvey Krish, Manitowoc; one nephew: Michael Strauss; two nieces: Kay Bauer and Kathy Niquette; other relatives and friends also survive. Barbara was also preceded in death by one daughter: Karleen; two sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law: Mildred and LeRoy Strauss and Grace Krish. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. on Saturday June 3, 2017 at St. Francis of Assisi on Grand (1416 Grand Avenue). Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. David Pleier with burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc. The family will greet relatives and friends on Friday, June 2, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, 928 South 14th St., Manitowoc. A prayer service will be held at 6:30 p.m. to conclude the visitation.
