Arzonia Lewis, 89Jamestown, TN - Arzonia Lewis, 89, passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at her home surrounded by loved ones. She was born on July 27, 1928 to James Albert and Ida Belle (Anderson) Stewart, in Jamestown, TN.Arzonia married the love of her life, Arnold Lewis, in 1950 and had two children. Arzonia and her family loved to travel; some of her favorite places were Gatlinburg, Florida and Maine. Arzonia was a member of Riverview United Baptist Church in Albany. She enjoyed having family gatherings at her home and cooking for everyone. Arzonia was quick witted and was always making people laugh. She enjoyed walking, singing gospel music, and coloring.Arzonia is survived by her husband of 66 years Arnold Lewis, a son Garry Lewis of Selma, a daughter Mary Lewis-Walls (Thomas) of Muncie, a brother Silas Stewart, one grandchild, Matthew Lewis, and a host of nieces and nephews.Arzonia is preceded in death by her parents, one brother, James Paul Stewart, and seven sisters: Oma Sharp, Oshie Buck, Oville Roysdon, Lucille Stewart, Cora Hoback and Mary Belle Godsey.Funeral services for Arzonia will be Wednesday September 20, 2017 at Garden View Funeral Home at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Dwayne Loveless officiating.
